Catholic Schools Week wrapped with a celebratory luncheon for the teachers and staff of Epiphany, St Mary's, Central Catholic and Corpus Christi. The team in the kitchen at Corpus Christi prepared a delicious lunch and prizes were awarded courtesy of a generous donation made by the Dobski family. It truly is GREAT TO BE A SAINT! One Family, Four Schools!

Shout out to our amazing Builders Club members who worked hard tonight at Midwest Food Bank boxing bottled water! Way to go, saints! We are so proud of your love for service to our community! A special thanks to the parent volunteered who stayed and helped! Many hands make light work!
On Saturday, our Cub Scout Pack participated in the Pinewood Derby at Epiphany Catholic Church. The Pinewood Derby is an annual tradition where Scouts use their imagination, art, and engineering skills, to shape and decorate wooden cars and race them down a track! The finalists of Pack 55 (our unit based at Corpus Christi) went head-to-head against the top racers of Pack 25 (the unit based at Epiphany). The boys enjoyed many close races and countless snacks! Great job by all the participants, and congratulations to all the winners!

Catholic Schools week provided an amazing opportunity for more than 1,200 local Catholic School students to worship together. There was not a seat to be had and the outward display of faith, fellowship and being rooted in Christ was one these students will never forget. Thank you to all of the families for your sacrifices to make this opportunity possible! I am, We are, the Body of Christ!
