🚒 Mrs. Hoeniges’s class had an awesome visit from the Bloomington Fire Department today! The kids loved learning about fire safety, seeing the inside of a fire engine and meeting BFD Firefighters!
PreK conducted 2 chemistry experiments with apples in STEAM. First, they attempted to identify if certain liquids would stop the enzymes in apples from oxidizing. Next, they created an apple volcano by causing a chemical reaction with acids and bases!!

Mr. O'Brien's homeroom volunteered at Pet Central Helps the afternoon of Track a Thon. They filled bags of dog and cat food for the poor! They also tied fleece blankets to keep animals warm. Thank you to the parent drivers and our amazing Saints for making this activity a success!
